Starting point
Data was scattered across more than 50 source systems. Reporting was manual (Excel), slow and inconsistent depending on the source – there was no reliable foundation for decisions or OKR tracking.
Approach
We built the infrastructure, all data pipelines and the reporting layers: connecting source systems, harmonising data and consolidating it into a central data warehouse. Dashboards and KPIs sit on top, staying automatically up to date.
Result
More than 70 billion records from over 50 sources now flow into a consistent, company-wide reporting system. Decisions and OKR tracking rest on a reliable, automated data foundation.
