Online dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
We are willing to participate in out-of-court dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. The competent body is the General Consumer Arbitration Board of the Centre for Conciliation e.V., Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, verbraucher-schlichter.de.
